I'm going to spend the next month with the goal of seeing how much my body will change after I cut out ALL bad eating and exercise habits. I'm going to do it in a healthy way (not starving myself) and will track my progress on the way. Here we go!

Day 3 and 4
So, I have to confess, this weekend took me by surprise and I failed pretty bad...my plan got killed because Jinny and I went on a road trip...it wasn't too bad...I broke the soda rule once, and I had a bit of chocolate/cake at a birthday party...so I'm gonna have to GET BACK ON TRACK starting Monday. I've done my Sunday pushups, sit-ups, and even different bar-bell lifting...tomorrow will be my 40 minute run day. Back to the challenge!!!! Gotta be more strict!
