Day 3 and 4

So, I have to confess, this weekend took me by surprise and I failed pretty bad...my plan got killed because Jinny and I went on a road trip...it wasn't too bad...I broke the soda rule once, and I had a bit of chocolate/cake at a birthday party...so I'm gonna have to GET BACK ON TRACK starting Monday. I've done my Sunday pushups, sit-ups, and even different bar-bell lifting...tomorrow will be my 40 minute run day. Back to the challenge!!!! Gotta be more strict!

Day 2

Breakfast: Raspberry, Blueberry, Banana Smoothie
Lunch: Curry/Pork Cutlet
Dinner: Spaghetti

Day 1

For Day 1 had only 3 meals in the day, no snacks.
I ran for 40 minutes along the creekside path near our apartment (two subway stops away and back).
I completed my 50 pushups and 50 sit-ups.
And now I'm going to go to bed early, so that I get at least 7 hours of sleep.
One day of healthy eating done, 29 (and hopefully beyond) more to go.

My current weight: 89.4 kgs (198.6 lbs)
My height is a bit over 6 foot (183 cms)

Breakfast: strawberry/blueberry smoothie.
Lunch: broccoli and mushroom cream pasta w/ lemonade.
Dinner: lean duck meat, garlic cloves, raw broccoli, and brown rice.
Post-workout, my shirt is completely soaked with sweat. yum.

At the completion of each day I will write a short diary entry about how I feel, the physical and mental challenges, the exercise I have done, and my weight loss (or gain), and then post three to five pictures of what I have eaten, of me exercising, or whatever else I fancy. 28 days, here we go!
